About the Role:
We are seeking a poised, proactive, and service-driven Workplace Concierge to join the team at a prestigious law firm in Washington, D.C. This highly visible position plays a key role in delivering a seamless and elevated workplace experience for attorneys, staff, and guests.
The ideal candidate brings a hospitality-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a polished, professional demeanor. You’ll be the go-to person for workplace support, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment each day.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional greeting
Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day workplace needs and service requests
Assist with meeting room reservations, event setup, and catering coordination
Partner with facilities, IT, and office services teams to resolve issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
Monitor supply levels and place orders as needed
Support firm initiatives and workplace programs that enhance the employee experience
Provide white-glove service with attention to detail and a focus on discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, office coordination, or concierge services in a corporate or professional setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and confident using workplace management tools or ticketing systems
A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Strong commitment to client service and team collaboration
