Corporate Job Bank has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative located in Tempe, AZ
LOCATION: Priest & Broadway
PAY: $17-18/HR Based on Experience
SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
DESCRIPTION: The Escalations Specialist will de-escalate calls by using empathy skills and various techniques as well, they’ll also be responsible for prioritizing orders on a need by need basis for the contractors depending on the nature of the order and request. You’ll be responsible for finding accommodations for the customers to find a resolve as well too. This is a growing company and there will be room for lots of growth and promotions later as you grow with them!
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· De-escalations Specialist, someone who can De-escalate calls with customers. · Prioritizing order and dispatching contractors on a need by need basis
· Prior retail experience is a huge plus
· Maintains customer records by recording account information.
· Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
· Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
· Contacts customers to schedule service technician appointments.
· Monitor builders’ schedules and maintain service technician schedules.
· Orders all parts turned in by Service Technicians
· Contributes to the effort of the team by accomplishing related results as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
· Order Processing Experience 1 year.
· Knowledge of interior designs and remodeling.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional office setting.
· Working knowledge of Windows software, including Word and Excel.
· Computer experience in data entry and report generation.
· Working knowledge of PC-based accounting software helpful.
· Above average interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
· Must maintain high standards of confidentiality.
