Job Summary: Sun Holdings is seeking a dynamic professional with experience in corporate learning and development. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering impactful training programs that drive employee performance, productivity, and engagement. Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning & Development, this high-visibility role will ensure the effective execution of corporate and restaurant operations training strategies.

Responsibilities: Training Coordination & Facilitation
Organize, schedule, and lead training sessions for new and current employees
Facilitate in-restaurant training rollouts, ensuring alignment with brand standards
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training programs and support new initiatives
Serve as a bridge between training and operationsto drive team success
New Hire Training & Development
Execute onboarding and training programs through completion
Assess program effectiveness by tracking trainee performance and identifying improvement areas
Update training materials based on job performance trends, feedback, and business needs
Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to refine and strengthen onboarding strategies
Training Content & Systems Management
Maintain and update training materials within the LMS and other internal platforms
Develop engaging digital content to support learning across multiple formats.
Manage internal communications related to training programs, updates, and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in training within corporate, restaurant operations, franchise, hospitality, or service industries
Project management, needs assessment, and training effectiveness measurement experience
Excellent communication and instructional content development abilities
Experience with corporate and restaurant training via onsite and e-learning environments
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office, and multimedia tools
