Our ideal candidate would be advising on a broad range of corporate transactions in the space of both corporations and limited liability companies, including: • Entity formation and start-ups • M&A transactions including due diligence and scheduling • Complex LLC Agreements that include preferred ownership interests and returns • Complex Partnership Agreements including California professional LLPs • Corporate annual filings and minutes • Corporate finance transactions Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school • Admitted to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of California • 3+ years of corporate and LLC experience required • Motivated, proactive, respectful, friendly, ambitious • California resident Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 yearly
