    Job Description

    This role offers a range of $29.00 to $36.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

    The Corporate Logistics Coordinator will oversee and facilitate supply chain logistics from procurement to the last mile, working closely with plant management and third-party logistics providers. The role involves organizing, implementing, and analyzing systems, utilizing people and processes to manage the storage and transportation of inventory while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Works with branches, transportation providers, freight forwarders, senior management. As Corporate Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

    • Coordinate with transportation providers and INX personnel to ensure prompt and proper movement of goods within the supply chain.
    • Work within our 3rd party’s platform to execute, trace and track, and report on the movements of goods throughout the supply chain.
    • Review customer orders and shipping documents with shipping plant personnel to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards, making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
    • Establish and maintain transit routing and legal load limits of trucks, according to established tariffs, schedules, and legal weight limits of states.
    • Monitor provider(s) performance by staying engaged directly with carriers, 3PLs and freight forwarders. Keeps senior leadership informed on the development and usage of KPIs, managing obstacles, and other logistical challenges. Supports the Import/Export Specialist on international logistics, and back up as required.
    • Oversee expedite execution and ensures proper understanding, approval, and least-cost option is utilized to meet the customer’s expectations
    • Address errors and complaints through INX quality systems. Assist in root cause analysis. Collaborates with teams to identify countermeasures and reoccurrence prevention.

    ** To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:**

    • Have High school minimum; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management or equivalent concentration preferred
    • 1-2 years 3/4PL experience
    • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook

    ** In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:**

    • Previous warehouse experience
    • WMS experience
    • SAP experience
    • Lean manufacturing experience
    • DOT, IATA, and IMDG certifications
