Job Description
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily:
• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
• Work with HR to develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
• Monitor and manage timesheets, time off requests, and employee PTO balances
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations
• Oversee daily operations and help with problems or unusual situations that arise
• In the Accounts Receivable Department: monitor aging, assist with collection calls, help with problems and become capable of full back up if needed
• In the Invoice Processing Department: monitor workload, learn the processes, and help with vendor or store receiving and invoicing issues as they arise
• With our Confirmation Specialists: Monitor workload and learn the processes involved
• With our Payroll Department: Complete biweekly payroll tasks, and learn full payroll cycle to be able to be a full backup
• Partner with Controller to maintain an understanding of Accounting and AP performance
• Answers any customer inquiries that are elevated by corporate office employees
• Other duties as assigned
