    The Corporate Office Porter plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our corporate office. This position ensures that common areas, meeting rooms, and office facilities are well-maintained and fully stocked, contributing to a positive and productive workplace experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Maintain cleanliness of all office common areas, including lobbies, kitchens, break rooms, and conference rooms.

    Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

    Manage office supply inventory and restock as needed.

    Set up and break down meeting rooms for events, including arranging furniture and ensuring proper equipment is available.

    Assist with receiving and distributing office deliveries and mail.

    Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and coordinating with external vendors for larger maintenance needs.

    Monitor and report any safety or maintenance issues.

    Support office moves, furniture rearrangement, and workstation setup as needed.

    Assist with special projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Prior experience in a facilities, janitorial, or office support role preferred.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

    Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

    Basic knowledge of maintenance and office equipment.

    Working Conditions:

    Primarily an on-site role requiring physical activity such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

    May require occasional overtime for special events or projects.
