As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in various operational areas, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the company's overall success.

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a motivated and reliable Corporate Operations Technician to assist our management team in completing various tasks, light machine maintenance, changing of dispensers, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a reliable vehicle, good standing driving record, and insurance.     Key Responsibilities:

    Perform various operational tasks and duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to:

    Light machine maintenance and repair

    Changing of dispensers and replacement of consumables

    Inventory management and tracking of supplies

    Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

    Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and external partners

    Maintain accurate records and reports of tasks completed and materials used

    Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements

    Utilize problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and concerns

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

    1-2 years of experience in a corporate or operational support role; experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field an asset

    Reliable vehicle with a good standing driving record and insurance

    Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

    Work Schedule:

    Monday to Friday, with regular working hours (8:00 am - 4:00 pm or as agreed upon)

    Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs
