Responsibilities include:

• Supporting attorneys on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, corporate formation, finance, licensing, and venture capital
• Providing administrative and legal support

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, including federal, state, and county forms and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
