Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and people-focused In-House Recruiter to join our team. This role is

responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle-from sourcing and screening candidates to

coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced

environment, understands the importance of building a strong team, and is passionate about

connecting great people with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and role requirements

• Create, post, and manage job listings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms

• Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events,

and referrals

• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews

• Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback from hiring teams

• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with all candidates

• Support offer preparation and negotiation

• Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires

• Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute to employer branding effortsRequirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks

• High level of discretion and professionalism

• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
