Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and people-focused In-House Recruiter to join our team. This role is
responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle-from sourcing and screening candidates to
coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced
environment, understands the importance of building a strong team, and is passionate about
connecting great people with great opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and role requirements
Create, post, and manage job listings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events,
and referrals
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback from hiring teams
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with all candidates
Support offer preparation and negotiation
Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires
Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute to employer branding effortsRequirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks
High level of discretion and professionalism
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
