  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: research, sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for corporate positions
    • Implement creative sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, and innovative outreach, to find and engage exceptional candidates
    • Confidently conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to potential candidates, building initial relationships and interest
    • Use online recruiting platforms and professional networks to identify qualified candidates
    • Create, post, and manage job listings in our ATS, ensuring a smooth approval process
    • Draft and coordinate offer letters for selected candidates
    • Manage job postings across various platforms and handle advertisements across media channels
    • Screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ fit for corporate roles
    • Collaborate with the Onboarding Specialist to ensure seamless pre-employment documentation and onboarding processes
    • Partner with hiring managers to discuss candidate insights and provide recommendations on top talent
    • Manage candidate selection, offer negotiation, and closing processes
    • Build and maintain relationships with schools, alumni groups, professional associations, and other networks to enhance sourcing
    • Generate and analyze recruitment reports and metrics from ATS and job boards for data-driven decision-making
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is preferred but not required)
    • HRIS experience is a plus
    • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, ideally focused on corporate roles
    • Skilled in social media and resume databases to reach a diverse talent pool
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
    • Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to bring fresh, creative ideas to recruiting
    • Confident and comfortable with phone-based outreach, including cold calls
    • Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
