    Job Description

    As an SVG Corporate Recruiter, you will own full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation and offers) while ensuring excellent candidate experience. You will support multiple departments and Hiring Managers as their strategic Talent Acquisition subject matter expert and direct Recruiter for all levels of requisitions. You will lead intake discussions to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and the desired candidate profile. You will deliver high-quality candidates by implementing innovative and effective sourcing methods to gain attraction from both active and passive candidates.

    The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

    • Own full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation and offers) while ensuring excellent candidate experience
    • Support multiple business groups and hiring managers as their strategic talent acquisition subject matter expert and direct line recruiter for all levels of requisitions
    • Deliver high-quality candidates by creating and implementing innovative and effective sourcing and attraction strategies, including the sourcing of passive candidates
    • Build and manage a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates through a variety of innovative sourcing techniques.
    • Lead recruitment strategy/intake discussions to ensure deep understanding of business needs and desired candidate profile
    • Provide regular status reports and performance metrics to Hiring Managers and HR.
    • Manage and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
    • Minimum of 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with full cycle recruiting.
    • Must have previous experience recruiting for technical and financial positions
    • Experience sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates
    • Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation
    • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.)
    • Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
    • Must possess a high degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion
