    Job Description

    We are seeking a Corporate Recruiting Coordinator to support Olsson’s Telecom and Data Center teams, also known as our Technology Market. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting top technical talent and helping to build a high-performing, inclusive culture that reflects Olsson’s values and commitment to innovation.

    As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with team leadership to identify and recruit professionals who will contribute to some of the nation's largest technology projects. Your responsibilities will include executing recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating all interviews, assist in final candidate selection, managing offer negotiations, and overseeing pre-employment processes.

    We are seeking 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience and the ability to identify and engage candidates for highly specialized roles, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineering, as well as Facility Commissioning and Quality Assurance for critical facilities. You’ll need to be adaptable and agile, shifting priorities as needed to support the evolving needs of our fast-growing Technology Market teams.

    We have one position available and will consider candidates interested in working in our Fort Worth, TX, or North Kansas City, MO office locations.

    You bring to the team:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required
    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting required
    • Ideally, experience includes 2-4 years' as a 3rd party agency recruiter, preferably in engineering
    • Strong business acumen to guide effective recruitment decisions
    • Passion for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an inclusive and positive recruitment process for all stakeholders
    • Ability to provide market insights and recruitment best practices to technical leadership, positioning yourself as a strategic partner in building a diverse and talented workforce
    • Proficiency in designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies by leveraging diverse channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
    • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
