Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Real Estate Broker to oversee and manage our company’s commercial real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing real estate opportunities that align with our business objectives, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to support expansion, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute real estate strategies that support business growth, cost savings, and operational goals
Identify and negotiate lease agreements, acquisitions, renewals, subleases, and dispositions
Conduct market research and site selection analysis to optimize real estate decisions
Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure real estate transactions align with corporate objectives
Manage relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers to maximize value in negotiations
Oversee lease administration, compliance, and portfolio performance
Monitor market trends, zoning laws, and regulatory changes that impact real estate decisions
Provide financial modeling, cost analysis, and risk assessments for proposed transactions
Support corporate real estate projects, including renovations, relocations, and build-outs
Maintain a database of all lease agreements, key dates, and critical obligations
Qualifications:
Active commercial real estate license (as required by Texas state law)
Experience in commercial real estate, preferably within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries
Background in site selection, franchise development, or corporate expansion strategies
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Experience managing multi-location real estate portfolios
Proficiency in lease administration software and financial analysis tools
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Knowledge of zoning laws, lease structures, and real estate financing
CCIM, SIOR, or similar industry certification is a plus
