    Cincinnati Hospitality Company We are looking for a strategic and analytical Corporate Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across multiple hotel properties. In this role, you will develop dynamic pricing models, forecast revenue goals, and implement data-driven revenue management strategies to optimize profitability. You will analyze market trends, monitor competitor strategies, and work closely with hotel leadership to ensure competitive positioning and sustained growth. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of revenue management experience or a similar role in hotel operations. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy, and profitability across multiple properties. • Conduct market analyses to benchmark rates against competitors. • Monitor and analyze weekly revenue performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets. • Generate and update forecasts, pace reports, and revenue projections for each hotel. • Lead yield management meetings, providing insights and action plans to improve performance. • Continuously evaluate competitor pricing, demand patterns, and industry trends to maintain competitive positioning. • Collaborate with President and above property hotel team to implement revenue optimization plans and drive financial performance. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a related hospitality operations role, preferably overseeing multiple properties. • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Proficiency in revenue management software, MS Office, and Google Suite. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey revenue strategies. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
