    Job Description

    This role offers a range of $29 to $36 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

    The Corporate Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the supply chain processes, with a primary focus on demand planning activities. This also involves inventory management, supply chain optimization, demand planning, monitoring inventory levels, forecasting, and safety stock levels. This person will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to identify actionable objectives and areas of opportunity. Position reports to the Corporate Demand Planning Manager and works with internal stakeholders: Demand Planning, Material Planning, Operations (branch locations), Logistics, Customer Service, Product Management, and Senior Supply Chain Management. As Corporate Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

    • Supports the Demand Planning Manager in overseeing the demand planning processes within an organization. Assists in maintaining and updating demand planning systems and databases.
    • Supports supply planning activities involved with manufacturing, supply and demand alignment, and S&OP process. Performs Forecast adjustments on an as-needed basis.
    • Ensures data accuracy and integrity within the demand planning tools. Monitors inventory levels and ensuring they align with KPI targets. Monitors the Master Schedule for Production vs. Actuals.
    • Generates, monitors, and analyzes inventory reports regularly against performance targets. Conducts regular inventory analysis to identify and address slow-moving items, and assists with Aged Inventory Analysis and action plans for reduction.
    • Executes supply chain projects in a timely manner and within guidelines. Assists with contingency plans for large demand changes or supply interruptions.
    • Monitors and manages Finished Goods inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
    • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates and address any supply chain-related concerns. Interfaces with plants, driving daily actions as needed to predict service issues and take corrective action in advance.
    • Implements best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Identifies opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain.
    • Assists in Implementing inventory management systems and practices to optimize stock levels.

    ** To perform your job as expected, you will be required :**

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management or equivalent concentration a plus
    • 2+ years of experience in production planning, material planning, inventory management, or a related position.
    • Proficiency in supply chain management software – SAP
    • Excel – advanced user
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
    • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues related to demand planning and inventory management.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
    • A fast-paced environment with deadlines and the need for quick decision-making.

    ** In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:**

    • Power BI knowledge
    • SAP 4HANA
