    As a Correspondence Coordinator, you will be responsible for sorting and processing mail and other documents. This position requires strong administrative skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Open, sort, and disperse daily inbound mail

    Prepare & organize documents to scan and attach into our client management system

    Assist with sending outbound client mail for various departments

    Track deadlines and prepare correspondence accordingly

    General administrative duties as required

    Other duties as reasonably required in pursuit of Parmele and client interests

    Qualifications:

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Deadline and detail-oriented

    Proactive and collaborative contributor

    Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    High level of integrity, dependability, and accountability
