Job Summary: Bayport Laboratories, a premier cosmetics contract manufacturer for renowned brands, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception to completion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality control, and the project management team. • Oversee and manage the project schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency. • Identify and mitigate potential project risks. • Prepare detailed project status reports and present them to management. • Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the cosmetics manufacturing industry or a related sector. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
