    Responsibilities

    • Warmly welcome customers and determine their shopping needs.
    • Assist in product selection and provide detailed product information.
    • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the POS system.
    • Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is well-displayed.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and store objectives.
    • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
    • Stay informed about product details and industry trends.
    • Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts.
    • Provide management with insights on customer preferences and sales trends.

    Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, with a strong background in cosmetic and beauty products.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
    • Strong customer service orientation and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
