Responsibilities:

• Provide hair care services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment
• Perform nail care services such as manicures and pedicures
• Offer makeup applications for special events or everyday looks
• Educate clients on proper hair, skin, and nail care techniques
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client records
• Demonstrate proficiency in retail sales by recommending and selling beauty products
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following industry standards
• Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques through continuous learning

Experience:

• have a valid Cosmetology license
• Proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and treatments
• Knowledge of color theory for hair and makeup applications
• Ability to mentor junior staff members in salon procedures and techniques
• Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance client experience
• Previous experience in retail sales within a salon setting is a plus
