Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.

Perform hair styling services, including cuts, color services and hair treatments.

Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with health regulations.

Utilize salon software for managing client records.

Stay updated on industry and Aveda trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

State of Michigan license is required or currently attending cosmetology school if applying for assistant position
