    Our candidate of choice will be able to balance the following skills to be successful:

    • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products.
    • Technical support (product walk-through, troubleshooting, etc)
    • Serve as liaison for customer product support with major retailers/ dealers such as The Home Depot, Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, to name a few.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Walk customers through problem solving process.
    • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
    • Facilitating product warranty claims by being a liaison between customer and repair service centers
    • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
    • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
    • Diffusing escalated situations
    • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
    • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations.
    • Walk-in sales
    • Light manual labor which consists of pulling and packaging parts, pulling products for walk-in customers
    • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.
    • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products offered and services.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
    • Minimum of 2 year of customer service experience
    • Oral Communication Skills
    • Written Communication Skills (mainly for writing professional emails)
    • Customer Relations/Service
    • Diplomacy
    • Professionalism
    • Computer Literacy
    • PC Skills
    • 50 WPM (MINIMUM)
    • Tech Savvy (plus)
    • Mechanical Aptitude / Handy with tools (plus)
    • Proficient in Word, Excel (plus)

    ** This is a STARTING position with a STARTING salary. There's room to grow here based on performance.

    JOB TYPE: FULL - TIME

    STARTING SALARY: $15.00 - $16.00 /HOUR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

    EVALUATIONS WITHIN FIRST 3 MONTHS.
