Job Summary: To provide each guest with outstanding and personalized customer service, while accurately performing all high-end Salon Services.

Essential Job Functions:

Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members.

Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.

Experienced licensed Cosmetologist with a depth of education and service experience.

Participate in a learning environment, which maximizes productivity, skill, development and associate retention.

The ability to understand all Spa services, treatments, and be able to explain each in a clear, precise manner.

Suggests tailored/customizable spa services to each client and upsell services.

Demonstrates respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' and associates’ needs in a professional manner.

To provide information about the Spa and its services, treatments and concepts as well as pricing, as requested.

Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy

Respond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately

Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education

Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.

Greet all guests using courtesy words. Initiate and engage in conversations that are professional and friendly

Prepare manicure and pedicure areas before and after each service.

Provide manicures, pedicures and other nail related services to guests of the Renaissance European Spa in established time frames.

Promote and sell nail care products

Ensure cleanliness and stocking of guest and professional supplies in manicure and pedicure rooms

Completeing tasks as assigned by the Spa Leadership Team

Assist with other Spa duties during slow periods in the manicure areas.

Assist as a spa attendant as needed

Qualifications:

Required to have Texas Cosmetologist license.

Two years of work experience preferred.

Warm, enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal and guest/associate relations.

Flexible schedule.

Expectations include excellent manicure/ pedicure skills.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:

Must be able to lift 25lbs

Must be able to stand up to 9 hours per day Length of time of these tasks may vary

Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening, hearing ability and visual acuity.
