Job Description

The Cost Control Analyst I will have a thorough understanding of preparing project labor and expense plans and forecasting through the use of accounting and project management systems. Processing project billings as well as providing assistance in client billings will be undertaken, while providing a thorough review of overall financials on assigned projects

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

· Minimum of two years of related experience

Additional Qualifications

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with Deltek Vision accounting software a plus

· Experience with PMWeb Project Management software a plus

· General understanding of accounting standards and principles

· Must be comfortable working to established deadlines during financial periods

· Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy should be maintained

· Knowledge of basic financial/accounting/administrative duties

The pay range for the Cost Control Analyst I position in Maryland is $67,428.00 to $107,885.00
