    We are looking for a dentist to join our amazing team in our Woodinville office. This is a modern office with great associate dentists and staff. We need an experienced doctor who is energetic, productive, great with patient communication, and a team player with other associates and staff. Must have excellent general and specialty clinical skills. Implant placement, molar endo and oral surgery skills are a must. Benefits include: • Competitive compensation package • Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, and other Ancillary benefits • 401(K) with employer match and immediate vesting • Continuing education Schedule: • Monday 2 pm-8 pm • Tuesday 8 am-2 pm • Wednesday 2 pm-8 pm • Thursday 2 pm-8 pm • Every other Friday 8 am-2 pm • Every other Saturday 8 am-2 pm Responsibilities: • Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans. • Conduct routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, fluoride treatment and other diagnostic and preventative procedures. • Perform cosmetic dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, dentures, implants, extractions, and root canals. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and integrate them into practice. • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Qualifications: • In-depth knowledge of general dental procedures. • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. • Experience with computerized charting and digital imaging systems. • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrates empathy and sensitivity towards patients. • Strong work ethic and professional behavior. • State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing. • DDS or DMD degree. • Experience in cosmetic dentistry and clear aligner therapy is an asset. • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is required. • Familiarity with dental practice management software is an asset. Compensation: $150,000 - $350,000 yearly
