Pay is based on experience

• Performing diverse construction tasks spanning painting, tiling, cabinetry, basic plumbing and electrical, drywall finishing and flooring

• Experience and proficiency with plumbing

• Safely and efficiently operating power tools and equipment.

• Completing work to high standards, emphasizing detail and safety.

• Maintaining a tidy work environment.

• Operating machinery with care and conducting proper maintenance.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Proficiency in power tool operation.

• Demonstrated experience in construction across multiple trades.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Team player with professionalism.

• Physical stamina for manual labor.

• Strong work ethic, including punctuality and organization.

Helpful but not Required:

• Experience in water and mold remediation

• Basic residential & commercial construction experience is preferred.

• Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications related to water and mold remediation.
