    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Universal City or Playa Vista office a minimum of three days per week.

    ** Responsibilities :**

    The Fandango Business & Legal Affairs team provides legal support across Fandango’s various businesses, including its Rotten Tomatoes, Fandango at Home on demand streaming, and Fandango ticketing businesses. The Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs, will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including technology agreements, content production agreements and promotion and marketing agreements, and may also be involved in reviewing programming and marketing materials.

    ** Basic Qualifications :**

    • J.D. from an accredited law school and member of the California State Bar, or willingness and qualification to be registered in-house counsel
    • 4+ years of legal experience in a transactional role at a major law firm or in-house legal department of a technology company.

    ** Desired Characteristics :**

    • Excellent drafting, negotiating and analytical skills.
    • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-starter with a very strong work ethic and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
