We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Colorado. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home and in-person, allowing you to balance personal and professional responsibilities effectively.

    Job Description:

    As a Child and Adolescent Therapist at our center, you will:

    Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to children and adolescents

    Experience with children with ASD and ADHD is a must.

    Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including play therapy, art therapy, and potentially animal-assisted therapy, depending on your skills and certifications.

    Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to individual needs, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.

    Maintain up-to-date records of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

    Participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure best practices in pediatric mental health care.

    Qualifications:

    A valid professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in your jurisdiction.

    Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

    At least 2 years of direct clinical experience working with children and adolescents, specifically with ASD and ADHD.

    Trained in specialized therapeutic approaches such as play therapy, art therapy, or animal-assisted therapy (certification preferred).

    Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and client base.

    A compassionate and patient approach to therapeutic engagement with young clients.
