We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, full-time Idaho Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a compassionate, professional setting

Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs

Collaborate with treatment providers and community resources to support client care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Utilize prevention-oriented approaches to promote mental wellness

Qualifications:

✔️ Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, or LMFT) or eligible for licensure ✔️ Experience working with children (ages 3+), families, couples, individuals, and first responders is a plus ✔️ Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients ✔️ Excellent written & verbal communication skills ✔️ Familiarity with community mental health resources
