LPN/RN - MEMORY CARE - 12 HR DAY SHIFT

The incumbent of this position will work in Country Manor's 'Pioneer Village' community, which is uniquely and expertly designed for memory care.

Pioneer Village is part of a larger campus setting, offering private suites, calming dining rooms, exclusive lounge/recreational areas, and a secure outdoor patio area. Residents of Pioneer Village receive 24/7 comprehensive care from a dedicated team of specially trained nurses, social workers, culinary assistants, housekeepers, laundry attendants, therapists, activity assistants, Chaplains, beauticians, and more. Unique offerings include pet therapy, music therapy, daily Therapeutic Recreation progamming, restaurant-style dining, whirlpool baths, and participation in special campus events.

Responsibilities for an LPN/RN:

• Develop care plans and participate in the review of care plans as requested
• Provide nursing services in accordance with an established care plan
• Communicate pertinent resident information to supervising RN, physicians, family, and/or other appropriate personnel
• Administer and maintain records of prescribed medications and treatments
• Provide support, assistance, direction, and supervision to other nursing staff as needed
• Accurately complete admission, weekly, follow-up, and discharge charting
• Other duties as assigned

​Qualifications for an LPN/RN:

• Current license in good standing as a LPN/RN in the State of Minnesota
• CPR certification and first aid training
• Previous experience in nursing or other healthcare/medical fields
• Experience with memory loss a plus
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
