    Schedule: 7:00 pm to 3:00 am - Overtime required.

    Salary: $65,000-$70,000

    Location: Deland, FL 32720

    What You’ll Do:

    · Interview, hire, train, and manage production employees on the assigned shift.

    · Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift.

    · Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.

    · Conduct shift transition meetings to facilitate communication.

    · Responsible for maximizing and increasing efficiencies for all production lines by minimizing downtimes while ensuring the production of a quality product.

    · Responsible for printing all production schedules and distributing them to appropriate operators.

    · Schedule staff according to production needs.

    · Ensure the production floor is GMP compliant and audit ready to ensure HACCP Plan is followed.

    · Engage with employees’ training, motivating and positively enforcing safety, GMPs, quality checks, and increasing efficiencies.

    · Coach and mentor development employees.

    · Responsible for sanitation and Warehouse Management System processes.

    · Perform CIP and Production piping connections.

    · Review HACCP documentation and works with team members to resolve discrepancies.

    · Perform other related duties as required.

    · Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.

    · Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    · Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

    · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs.

    Physical Requirements:

    · Must be able to traverse the production facility.

    · Must be able to move or lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

    Education & Experience:

    · Associate degree (A.A.) required.

    · A minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
