Responsibilities and Duties
Assess various mental health diagnoses
Treatment Planning
Daily documentation
Engage in regular case consultations & clinical staff meetings
Coordinate services with outside providers & internal Ellie providers
Complete all HIPPA training requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences
Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience working with couples and families in an outpatient setting
Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Effective written & verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology, and Electronic Health Record systems
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Credentialed with insurance panels
