RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to) Performing courtesy officers; includes patrolling each section of their post every 30-60 minutes. Make a presence on the site. Protecting from theft, vandalism, disturbances, accidents, etc. Patrol public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, noise violations, overcrowding or large gatherings, etc. Detect signs of intrusion and ensure the patrol of doors and gates. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors and vendors, make sure they have the appropriate escort. Communicates openly and frequently with Supervisors. Investigates and writes reports to document accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, and fire hazards, and other courtesy patrols related situations on a nightly basis, beginning at the start of each shift. Provide any needed assistance to team members according to policies and procedures. Proficient in English.
