    Our client is a Fortune 100 firm that specializes in wealth management based on goals, including planning for retirement, education, legacy, and other life goals through investment advice and guidance. Their financial advisors help clients pursue the life they envision through a one-on-one relationship with an advisor committed to their needs

    Our client provides best in industry training.  You’ll become licensed as a financial advisor within your first four months (unless already licensed with Series 7 & 66 (or 7/63/65), and you’ll participate in professional development to learn how to develop your own wealth management practice.  Once licensed, you will be eligible to earn quarterly bonuses based on goals achievement.

    It is a structured and disciplined program that is committed to the growth and progression of your career. You will be offered the most professional and client-focused sales, investment, and business management training in the industry. Advisors will build upon their knowledge of these topics throughout the duration of the program, while focusing on developing client relationships.

    You’ll study for your exams in an established office/facility.  Your first role will be to work in a financial center where you’ll interact with a diverse existing client base, including banking customers, small business owners and high net worth clients.  You’ll collaborate with other financial experts including mortgage lenders and investment analysts.  You’ll develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to become a successful advisor, with a goal to manage your own client practice.

    With the assistance of mentors and managers you will learn how to develop a pipeline of affluent clients, identify client needs, advance relationships with existing and prospective clients, review investment goals, prepare investment recommendations that align with client goals, and the business management skills needed to operate an optimal practice model.

    You’ll gain skills to develop a book of business that meets and exceeds performance goals.  You’ll learn to effectively source prospective clients, capitalize on referrals, assess customer needs.  You’ll deliver the full resources of a Fortune 100 financial institution to your clients and deliver highly customized solutions to meet their needs.  You’ll recommend investment products and services that are suitable for prospects and clients based on their objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile and preferences.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will have a bachelor’s degree, relationship-based selling skills and/or financial services/banking experience, and the ability to study and test well.You must want to sell both banking and investment products, and you must be driven to achieve goals in a sales-oriented occupation that is highly regulated.Strong computer skills are a plus, and if you already have any licenses (Series 6 investment license, 7, 77, 63, 65), that’s even better.

    We’re looking for candidates who are established and have an existing network in the local area; no relocation assistance.  Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.  Stable work history is mandatory.
