Driver/ Courier/ Admin Intern
Company seeks a Company Courier Driver and Ops Admin as part of our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for company owned car pick up/drop off service. Must know calendar management and General Admin role supporting Operations. In this role you will be responsible for working with Current & New customers to ensure a smooth pick-up and delivery process. You will engage customers. You are the company's frontline in making a highly professional and quality first impression - a key resource in introducing new business into Company. We are looking for an individual with demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and adaptability. Candidate must excel at effective communication and big picture thinking. Entry Admin support of the team in the office Handle and manage company samples pick and drop off. Flexible hours time frame 9am-3pm Little Blue (company car) calendar with customer scheduling for all pickups and drop offs Work with Sales Engineers, Tech teams and others to support all customer requests 1 year of professional work experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, preferably with a customer service focus. Professional business casual attire. 15-20+ hrs a week, depending on availability Valid Drivers license. Background checked Self-starter with the willingness to act and find opportunities to support Ability to support cross functional departments and leaders High School degree (or equivalent), and desire for a career in Operations LOCAL Candidates or LOCAL Interns
