OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

COMMISSION-BASED PAY PLAN – POTENTIAL INCOME UP TO $150K+!! PAID TRAINING FOR FIRST 4 WEEKS!!

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR OTHER RELATED FIELDS PREFERRED

COVENANT ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION is looking to bring on a few OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES. This is a full commission opportunity, which means there is no cap to your income potential. We want to TARGET FULL-TIME CONTRACTORS. There are EXCELLENT BONUS OPPORTUNITIES when specific sales goals are achieved. WE PROVIDE EXTENSIVE TRAINING FOR ALL NEW HIRES INCLUDING ONE-ON-ONE IN THE FIELD TRAINING and a WEEK-LONG CLASSROOM TRAINING SESSION to set you up for success. WHAT WE OFFER:

• COMMISSION-BASED PAY PLAN - AVERAGE SALESPERSON CAN EARN FROM $70K TO $85K/YEAR AND UP TO A POSSIBLE $150K+!

RESPONSIBILITIES - OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Perform Roof Inspections
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Work with production to ensure the best care is provided

QUALIFICATIONS - OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Strong communication skills
• Developed organizational skill set
• Growth oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug screen
