    Do you have a passion to build and create a program for the underserved population? We are looking for a talented self-starter to develop and manage a new behavioral health program in Baltimore City. We are interested in a professional who understands the importance of policies and procedures and utilizes critical thinking skills. This position will require the successful candidate to provide leadership in the organization and management of program staff members and resources, create treatment and counseling plans for clients, handle admissions and scheduling, counsel clients and perform duties in line with center objectives. The ideal candidate for this position is a professional who has a record of success, expertise in behavioral health, leadership skills, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: • Formulate strategies and plans for the organization • Ensure adherence to company standards of service and growth • Take responsibility for budgeting and resource planning • Recruit Employees • Assign Cases • Create and manage employee schedules • Ensure departments are staffed with sufficient and qualified personnel • Coordinate and supervise staff • Plan and oversee all client care • Manage administrative operations and programs • Provide personnel necessary training to ensure patient/client quality services • Evaluate performance and employee discipline • Monitor compliance with legal guidelines • Adhere to policies and quality standards Qualifications: • Previous working experience as clinical director for 2 years • Licensed Mental Health Professional or Certified Addiction Counselor • 1-2 years of experience in clinical supervision preferred • Good understanding of budget and understand of resources planning budgeting, as well as evaluation procedures and methods • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations • Hands-on experience with computer systems such as EMR • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) a Plus Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly
