Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role: Owning a truck or van, with your own tools relevant to the work being done. Must be able to navigate mobile electronic devices.

Proper Equipment: Truck or Van with wide range of useful tools for the above following skills

Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance Properly and Good Looking Vehicle Organized, Polite, and Professional Appearance

Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.

Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
