    We are looking to hire a couple of full-time cranberry marsh laborers for our cranberry marshes. Located in Warrens, WI. Maintenance and Mechanic skills preferred. Must have basic knowledge of crop farming and equipment. Occasionally needs to lift 50 lbs repeatedly. Ability to follow instructions and work both with others and on their own efficiently. Must be self-motivated. Qualified candidates must take great pride in their work and do their best. Work rain/shine/snow. Regular work is 40 hrs/week, with the exception of working more during cranberry harvest. Will train any qualified candidate. Wage based on experience. Please apply today! Responsibilities: • Provide preventive maintenance work like replacing brake pads, adjusting fluids, rotating tires, completing oil changes, and servicing the air conditioning • Collaborate with supervisors and fellow auto mechanics to diagnose and repair vehicles’ mechanical issues • Help install and remove irrigation pipe twice a year. • Operate any types of equipment. This can includes all size tractors, dump trucks, excavators, dozers, etc. Will train any qualified candidate. • Weed control. • Basic mechanic skill. • Greasing, checking oils and general upkeep of equipment. • Farm up keep during summer. May include mowing, weed whacking, brush/tree removal, etc. • Harvest tasks. This includes removing irrigation, corralling cranberries, truck/tractor operations, etc. • Welding/Fabricating skills a plus. Qualifications: • Good manual dexterity and effective use of hand tools and other equipment needed for vehicle repairs • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are necessary • A valid driver’s license is necessary • Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly during fertilizer season. • General knowledge of crop farming. • Basic + mechanical experience. • Trustworthy, dependable and easy going is a must! Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly
