    We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Crane Rental Sales & Operations Coordinator who can build instant rapport and make customers feel like lifelong friends. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships, and finding new clients. You don’t need crane rental experience; we want someone with a great personality and the ability to “wow” customers. You’ll manage work orders, create quotes, handle site walks, and ensure smooth project execution, all while making sure clients feel valued and satisfied. Experienced Crane Operators looking to make a career change are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Strategy: • Drive sales growth to meet financial objectives in assigned areas. • Develop sales action plans, budgets, goals, and quotas. • Contribute to long-term sales and marketing strategies. • Continuously evaluate products and pricing against competitors, recommending changes as needed. Business Development & Client Relations: • Promote and sell crane services across various industries. • Build and maintain strong relationships by providing tailored solutions to client needs. • Identify new markets and develop strategies to attract new clients. • Collaborate with management to create compelling proposals and presentations. • Schedule client meetings and present offerings • Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients. Client Account Management: • Take incoming work orders, determine job scope, and coordinate appropriate workers and equipment. • Create and provide quotes, schedule and monitor job progress, ensure requirements are met, and order necessary permits. • Track and log activity throughout the job. • Follow up on quotes and projects and maintain accurate data. • Increase revenue within existing client accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Performance & Brand Representation: • Achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth. • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with company strategy. • Provide market feedback to refine service offerings and maintain competitiveness. Sales & Business Development Skills: • Strong knowledge of sales planning, strategy development, and budgeting. • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term client relationships and build a strong pipeline. • Experience with identifying new markets, creating proposals, and pitching tailored client solutions. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and management to align sales with company goals. Technical & Industry Knowledge: • Familiarity with crane services, construction industry requirements, and related permits (preferred but not required). • Ability to coordinate and manage large-scale projects, including scheduling and equipment logistics. Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 potential with annual base salary + commission
