Job description
We are seeking an energized and highly motivated individuals to join our Sales & Reservations Team Working independently, the Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge in the crane/rigging/construction industries.
Also responsible for establishing, growing and maintaining customer relationships
Serving customers by quoting rental rates and earning new business through sales, cross-selling, and overcoming objections.
Providing support to customers with existing business - making changes to reservations, answering general questions, helping customers with concerns
Duties And Responsibilities
Identify and confirm the customer’s needs and finds needs-based solutions by matching the available products or services.
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction while demonstrating commitment to quality through positive and upbeat customer interactions.
Makes regular visits to the job sites of existing customers.
Visits offices/job sites of former and potential customers making sure they understand our Companies capabilities and products, and what we can perform in the market.
Serving customers by quoting rental rates and earning new business through sales, cross-selling, and overcoming objections.
Conduct site visits, and job planning meetings.
Prepares quotations and assist with technical advice on crane types and lift solutions.
Advise on crane lifting plans (3D lift planning)
Primary Contact / Liaison between the customer and our company
Performs other duties that may be assigned or required.
Ability to prioritize including multi tasking on a daily basis
Experience:
2+ years’ prior experience in Sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of the construction / crane equipment
Strong planning and problem solving and negotiation abilities
