Job Description

Cream Puff Labradoodles is looking to hire a professional and upbeat Office Assistant to provide the CEO and wider team with outstanding administrational support. The ideal candidate is tenacious and able to think on their feet, enjoys a challenge and is a productive self-starter. This position is for someone who is looking to get a foot through the door and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Incoming and outgoing calls
• Setting appointments/calendar management
• Data entry
• Filing
• Mailing documents
• Greeting visitors 
• Answering emails
• Managing/maintaining spreadsheets
• Assisting with special projects
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• 1-2 years office experience
• Familiarity with G suite
• Outstanding communicator
• Superior organizational skills and time management
• Team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed
• Love of animals
• Must be comfortable handling dogs and puppies
• Tenacious problem solver
• Ability to follow instructions
• Openness to learn and grow

Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• 5 days
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Mondays
• This is an on-site role based in Hillsborough, NJ

Compensation:

• Starting salary of $15 per hour, to be reviewed following 3 month probation period

Our base, which we fondly refer to as “Cream Puff Manor” is located in Hillsborough, NJ.
