    Job Title: Administrative and Creative Assistant

    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrative and Creative Assistant to join our team at Basket, bundle and balloons. The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative skills and creative talents to support our daily operations and contribute to our marketing efforts. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for crafting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Duties:

    • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team.

    • Handle paperwork, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

    • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

    • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate.

    • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

    • Creative Tasks:

    • Design and create unique crafts and gift items for the shop.

    • Assist in developing new product ideas and seasonal collections.

    • Ensure the shop displays are attractive and updated regularly.

    • Marketing Support:

    • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

    • Help maintain the shop's social media presence and update content regularly.

    • Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and online posts.

    • Assist in organizing and promoting events and workshops.

    • Other Duties:

    • Follow directions and collaborate effectively with team members.

    • Perform other related tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the shop.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms.
    • Creative mindset with experience in crafting or DIY projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Previous experience in a retail or office setting is preferred.
