This team ensures Marketing requests are considered fully integrated across all consumer touchpoints, with all relevant information ready to be briefed to the respective Creative teams. They own all processes and workflows and are accountable for scoping work, building timelines, facilitating meetings, and more – all in support of enabling the Creative team to produce their best work.

Sitting alongside the project managers on the Operations Team are both our Creative Producer and Creative Digital Asset Manager. These specialized roles better support our various processes, assets, and cross-functional partners by ensuring excellence in both standardization and communication in their respective areas of responsibility.

    • Establish and maintain metadata standards, naming conventions/taxonomy structures, and tagging protocols that are consistent with industry best practices and business priorities/needs
    • Own the assignment and verification of all metadata to imagery upon ingest
    • Own the full lifecycle of assets from upload, through publishing, to expiring/archiving and/or deletion
    • Perform ongoing audits to ensure consistency and compliance across all published assets (including usage rights)

    Accessibility & Usability:

    • Manage user access and permissions to ensure proper levels of visibility are granted
    • Build and implement workflows to streamline the sharing of assets internally and externally; this includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to distribute assets for product launches, campaigns, initiatives, and one-off projects as-needed
    • Develop and lead training sessions (with companion documentation), and provide ongoing support where needed

    Maintenance & Future-proofing

    • Regular solicitation of feedback from Marketing, Creative, and other teams to better understand their needs within the DAM
    • Research and stay up to date on best practices within the DAM industry
    • Monitor the technology’s performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

    Other

    • Work in partnership with the Creative Producer, Senior Photographer, and Retoucher to ensure clear, accurate, and complete uploads
    • Report to the Senior Creative Director
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience managing a DAM system; experience managing Adobe AEM and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite/Figma a plus
    • Excellent organizational skills with a hyper-focus on detail
    • Keen understanding of metadata, taxonomy, naming, and digital asset processes/workflows
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to demonstrate integrity, maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges
    • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage and delegate multiple priority projects simultaneously to consistently maintain on-time deliverables
    • Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
