    Our client, a large eCommerce and wholesale company, is seeking a visionary Creative Director with expertise in leading high-impact marketing campaigns, branding, and content creation for both B2C eCommerce and B2B sales.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the creative strategy, overseeing ad campaigns, directing graphic design, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. This role requires a leader who can inspire and manage a team to produce innovative and engaging content that boosts sales and strengthens market presence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a compelling creative vision for eCommerce and B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
    • Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure high-quality output aligned with brand goals.
    • Oversee the production of all creative assets, including digital ads, product imagery, social media content, and promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
    • Analyze marketing performance data and adjust creative strategies to optimize conversion rates and engagement.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design techniques, and digital marketing innovations to keep the brand competitive.
    • Manage creative budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within scope.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an eCommerce or wholesale environment.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact creative campaigns that drive sales and brand recognition.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, advertising, branding, and digital marketing projects.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing tools, and other marketing software.
    • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and audience engagement.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch creative concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple projects.
