    Job Description

    The Global Brand Marketing team at ServiceNow is looking for an exceptional, collaborative, and highly adaptable program management leader to join the Brand Operations and Delivery team.

    The Creative Program Manager will oversee execution and day-to-day processes of creative projects supporting high-profile, high-impact business initiatives. They will have a proven understanding of various creative workflows, and an ability to evaluate, create, and document cross functional processes and roles and responsibilities needed to drive efficiency and clarity across the organization. This person will act as the representative of the creative team, responsible for building effective partnerships with our creative team, and all internal and external partners across the company. They will be accountable for driving cross functional team alignment across multiple business partners and external agencies globally. As the Senior Creative Program Manager, they will need to be an exceptional communicator, strategic problem solver and have a strong bias for action. It is critical in this role to be agile and resourceful – with the ability to flex across project management, resource management, and program reporting. This role is a key counterpart to senior leadership, actively participating in planning, goal development and tracking, and resource management. They deliver vision-setting documents that inspire teams and raise the bar for ServiceNow. They thrive in ambiguity, are undaunted by headwinds, productively challenge teams and senior leaders, and are a trusted proxy by management to represent Brand Creative at the highest levels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and build project goals and requirements including outlining information gaps and identifying R&R’s (RACI), resource and budget needs, and next steps.
    • Develop and manage creative development processes end-to-end (from concept to production) across various mediums (such as video, digital, social, events, brand guidelines, etc.), ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
    • Manage weekly project status calls across multiple internal and external teams to ensure clear status is communicated, project risks are identified and mitigation proposals are provided to ensure the success of the program.
    • Proactive in identifying and removing obstacles to the team’s ability to meet project objectives.
    • Ability to lead design systems, brand rollouts, and complex creative productions through deep knowledge of the creative process and what the design team needs to successfully deliver their work.
    • Strong stakeholder management. Builds relationships with client partners and peers. Educates business partners on creative process and SLAs, understand their pain points and objectives, and consults on potential solutions. Communicate key updates, risks and plans to stakeholders and cross-functional partners, including senior management up to SVP level.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of project/program management experience in a creative agency or internal creative marketing team that produces brand design systems, building guidelines, programs, platforms and marketing campaigns.
    • Experience managing large cross-functional creative programs and design systems.
    • Experience in cross-channel deliverables—photography, video, digital, social, print, OOH
    • Experience escalating issues, anticipating and making trade-offs, balance the business need versus other constraints and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
    • Exceptional ability to look at a large-scale program at a holistic and macro level and clearly communicate deliverables across a cross-functional team
    • Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere.
    • Proven experience working for creative brands both consumer and B2B. Strong command of the creative process for development of traditional media.
    • Advanced verbal/written communication and organizational skill.
    • Takes ownership and creates clarity in often ambiguous environments.
    • Creates an environment for collaboration and diverse perspectives through active listening and a growth mindset.

    For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $116,600 - $203,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
