We're seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with expertise in financial analysis and risk mitigation to join our dynamic team. As a Credit Analyst, you'll balance technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills, working in a fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.
Role Overview
In this position, you'll work closely with team members and business members to support our lending operations. You'll analyze business loan requests, manage member relationships, and ensure portfolio quality while maintaining our high standards of member service.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessment of business loan requests, including cash flow analysis and industry trends
- Create detailed loan presentations with risk assessments and manage the full loan documentation process
- Conduct site visits and maintain strong relationships with business members while identifying opportunities for additional services
- Process and close business loans while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality documentation
- Monitor market conditions, contribute to process improvements, and support development of new lending products
- Collaborate across departments to support portfolio management and member service excellence

Qualifications
- ****Previous work experience in lending or finance, or degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Candidates with equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
- 3+ years of experience in credit analysis or lending preferred
- Valid driver's license required
