  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Credit Manager is responsible for directing the activities of the credit, billing, and collection efforts of the hotel. They are also responsible for properly reviewing the timely processing and communication of all guest billing and the collection thereof. Credit Manager is responsible for establishing methods of payment for upcoming groups/functions and collecting payment after groups/functions have departed.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A minimum 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel environment; or a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a related field.
    • High school diploma required. College course work in related field helpful.
    • Previous supervisory responsibilities preferred.
    • Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
