    Position: Credit Quality Analyst – JP210891

    Full-time: 40 Hours

    Locations: Plano, TX 75024 or Fort Worth, TX 76155

    Assignment: 11/25/2024 – 11/24/2025

    Flex Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Pending on Candidate)

    Pay Range: $29.10 – $32.05 hourly, paid weekly.

    Manager is looking for 2-5 years of experience in servicing, administration, and modifications.

     

    Position Summary:

    • Servicing responsibilities include being the client relationship primary point of contact for all servicing related activities.
    • Independent management of standard commercial construction draw processes and closing Service Modifications to ensure consistency, mitigate risk and ensure adherence with documentation and all regulatory requirements and, with some supervision, managing moderately complex construction draw processes and closing Service Modifications.
    • Responsibilities include but are not limited to, reviewing construction draw packages, identifying and helping to resolve construction and title issues, keeping accurate records of loan budget and all sources of funds, ensuring loans are in balance and in compliance with all approvals, and monitoring documentation requirements and exceptions, including interest and past dues.
    • Duties may include performing various support functions for the group such as general tickler follow-up including insurance, submitting insurance requests to the insurance portal, payment processing, rate changes/locks, handling payoff letters and analyzing requests in accordance with established guidelines to determine appropriate courses of action.
    • Interacts directly with Client Management team, borrower, legal counsel, construction consultants and title companies to ensure the delivery of World Class Service.
    • Effectively manage through collaboration and proactively contributes to project and initiative development.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Two or more years previous commercial real estate construction loan administration experience.
    • Finance or Accounting experience.
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements and credit and operational risk management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to influence, effectively collaborate and coordinate servicing activities with a variety of business partners.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple loan disbursements, Service Modifications, and competing priorities.
    • Technically proficient, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Solution oriented problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to understand basic math/accounting.
    • Strong communication and client service skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.

     

    Working Conditions:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
    • Use of computers and technology.
