    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    The Credit & Risk Management Analyst will facilitate the credit approval process by working closely with the sales, operations and finance teams to ensure that credit policies align with business goals and risk management standards. The Credit & Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves conducting financial analysis, assessing risk, and providing recommendations for credit decisions to ensure the company minimizes financial exposure while supporting business growth.

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **

    • Credit Risk Management: Evaluate and manage credit risk for existing and new customers. Set appropriate payment terms & credit limits within company policy based on financial analysis, payment history, and other risk factors or propose recommendations for management review & approval as applicable.
    • Credit Approvals: Review and approve customer credit applications, ensuring they meet the company's risk criteria. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess the credit risk of potential and existing customers.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on credit risk, accounts receivable, and customer credit statuses for management review. Present findings to management and recommend improvements.
    • Policy Adherence: Enforce credit policy and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements and recommend improvements based on industry’s best practices.
    • Collaboration: Coordinate with the management, sales, operations, and finance team to review customer accounts and resolve issues, ensuring that credit decisions align with business goals and customer relationship strategies.
    • Credit Recommendations: Provide detailed recommendations regarding credit limits, terms, and approval decisions based on risk analysis and financial reviews.

    **QUALIFICATIONS **

    • · Strong understanding of credit risk analysis, financial statements, and credit scoring methods.

    · Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

    · Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.

    · Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    · Knowledge of accounting principles and financial modeling techniques.

    · Strong knowledge of credit management principles, financial analysis, and collections practices.

    · Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

    · Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.

    **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED **

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), and experience with credit management software.
    • Familiarity with financial analysis tools and credit report platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make recommendations based on that analysis.
    • A solid understanding of credit policies, risk management, and industry regulations.
    • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in credit analysis, commercial banking, finance, or accounting, with a minimum of 2-4 years in a related role.

    WORK SCHEDULE

    Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. You are required to be at your workstation from the start of your shift to the completion of your shift Monday through Friday.

    • Demonstrated ability to work successfully at coordinating care across a continuum of care required

    • Computer proficiency and ability to learn to use an electronic health record
    • Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred
